The Orwin Manor Westminster Association (OMWA) founded in 1983, offers the best of two worlds – a neighborhood association with voluntary membership but without the rules, regulations, or assessments of a homeowners’ association. If our neighborhood was within an HOA, every household would be assessed mandatory fees. Many volunteers contribute their time and energy to improve our neighborhood.
OMWA represents residents in Orange County, Orlando, and Winter Park. OMWA communicates with the appropriate municipalities and agencies regarding issues such as traffic and nearby new development, and is responsible for launching The Park at Orwin Manor, creating the bronze identity signs, two historic markers, the Orange Avenue lane reduction with crosswalk, hosting events, creating and distributing the quarterly Mind Your Manor (MYM) newsletter, researching our history, an annual meeting, lobbying for the rebuilding of the two gateway arches, and maintaining this website and the Facebook page.
Please sign up for our Orwin Manor Westminster E-News here for timely updates.
To help offset costs and support our Orwin Manor Westminster residents, the OMWA encourages voluntary membership dues of $35 or more per calendar year (January through December). Dues and donations fund various neighborhood events, newsletters, P.O. box rental, website, etc.
Donations in the form of checks can be mailed directly to our P.O. box or handed to an OMWA board member. Donations of any amount can also be paid online through PayPal (below) or with a debit or charge card.
