Yard of Distinction
The goal of the Orwin Manor Westminster Association Yard of Distinction Program is to recognize the efforts of Orwin Manor Association area residents who take pride in their home and landscape and inspire others to do the same.
The yard chosen every other month (Jan, March, May, July, September, and November) will be awarded the sign to display in front of their home. The winning yard will have its picture taken and be displayed in the Mind Your Manor newsletter and on this website.
