The Orwin Manor Westminster Association (OMWA) is a voluntary neighborhood association with an active board of members who meet semimonthly to discuss various neighborhood related happenings. The OMWA was founded in 1983 in response to growing development pressures along its boundaries. You can read all about the history of Orwin Manor from our website. The OMWA plans and hosts yearly events at our very own Park at Orwin Manor. We also edit and deliver printed quarterly newsletters, maintain a website and Facebook page, report streetlight outages, communicate with both the City of Winter Park and the City of Orlando on residents behalf regarding anything from traffic to police to nearby development projects such as The Overlay Project.
We also field input from residents and incorporate suggestions or concerns into our planning and communication.
To help offset costs and provide more for Orwin Manor residents, the OMWA accepts voluntary membership donations of $25 annually. These donations fund various neighborhood events, signage, newsletters, P.O. box, rental unit fees, website, etc.
Donations in the form of checks can be mailed directly to our P.O. box or handed to an OMWA board member. Donations can also be paid online through PayPal (below).
